Based on 1,342 reviewsPlaza Premium Lounge at Embarque Doméstico, Terminal 2 in GRU Airport is generally praised for its spacious and comfortable environment, offering a variety of seating options and distinct ambience areas. The lounge features a well-rounded food and beverage selection, including local Brazilian snacks, a buffet, à la carte main courses, and a notable bar with skilled bartenders. Service is consistently highlighted as welcoming and efficient, with attentive staff enhancing the overall experience. Facilities such as showers are appreciated, although occasional maintenance issues, particularly with restroom availability, have been reported. While some seating can be less comfortable, and labeling of food items could be improved, the lounge is recognized for its quieter atmosphere and superior amenities compared to many domestic lounges, making it a preferred choice for travelers seeking a relaxing pre-flight environment.
It’s a 4 star because some of the seatings are very uncomfortable and the food didn’t have tags on it. But it was a busy lounge, staff at the front were helpful and welcoming .
This is the best lounge I've been so far. The room is huge and very comfortable, with lots of different ambience choices. The food is good, and they offer a nice selection of wines and drinks.
Located just past security on the first floor, elevator and stair access. The hostess spoke English, they preferred to take my Amex plat vs priority pass or dragon pass. The lounge is huge, there's a snack buffet and a-la-carte main course to order via a QR on your table. Shower facilities available as well. Bartender was great, mixed up some great cocktails for us. Definitely a great PP lounge, far better than some in North America, you won't be disappointed.
Good lounge. There are typical Brazilian snacks like coixinhas and Brazilian beers from the brand Eisenbahn and some malty edition of Brahma. Comfortable. You can order food, there's a bar and you can take a shower (I didn't tried it for lack of time. I didn't give full stars because 3 out of 4 toilets were out of order and the one available.
The service was excellent. The place is pretty big so there were no lines. The drinks were the best and the food was really good too. Way better than the overcrowded American lounges with little to no amenities. Find Tamires if you want a great drink.
Nice spacious lounge. Nicely decorated but the food offering could be better. The staff are helpful and it has a nice view looking over the tarmac.
